Our apartment is pet friendly and I would LOVE to have someone who likes cats as well, as my last roommate was allergic and I couldn't have one. I have a 5 month old female basset hound and she is a good girl, though she still has an occasional accident in the house.
I'm a very sarcastic, but happy person. I tend to think I'm pretty funny, and sociable. I love hanging out and meeting new people and my friends are the same way.

My roommate and I are loosing our third roommate, who is amazing and we hate that she has to leave! We live at River Pointe Apartments, which are about a mile down Maumelle Boulevard. The apartment complex is fairly new and is in good condition. A washer and dryer are included in the apartment. There is also a great new gym with a lot of equipment, two big pools, and free tanning! I have a little dog and cat, which I keep in my room, but other pets are allowed. The apartment is fully furnished, by me, and has everything you will need kitchen/dining/living room-wise, you will only need things for your own room.
The lease will only be for 6 months, because I have to leave in July, but my roommate Lindsey will probably stay longer than that if you need a place for that long. The rent is about $265, cable with HBO and wireless internet included, then we split the Entergy bill 3 ways, so we each average about $300 a month!
